What started in 1978 as a roadside stop on GT Road for truckers and travellers is today one of Delhi-NCR's most-loved shuddh-shakahari dhabas. Daada ji's slow-cooked dal, Papa ji's tandoori sigari rotis, and Mohan ji's gentle insistence that "food is prashad — never rush it" — that's our recipe.
Our kitchen is 100% vegetarian. No shortcuts, no Maggi-cubes, no food colours. Ghee from a Murthal dairy we've worked with for forty years. Spices ground every morning. That's the difference you can taste.
